Vintage 1980’s Victorian inspired top in an eggshell hue with 4 button front, mandarin collar, and pleating at chest. Gorgeous feminine top with excellent drape! Gathered ruching on shoulders and smocking on back. Short sleeve blouse with single button on sleeves and U-scoop shaped hem. No tags in garment. In mint vintage condition! No flaws to note.
