Stunning red wool turtleneck top with sweetheart neckline detail from the 1980’s by Patrick Kelly. This top has so many exquisite details featuring long sleeves, high-low curved hem, and a back zipper. Made in France, size 8 on original tag. There were a few small holes in the top that we repaired, you can see in the photos. Small repairs on back of sleeve and body.
