Shoulder seams are ruched like no ones business and THE SLEEVES!

It's no secret that I love a good puff sleeve but these go way above and beyond, all the way into balloon sleeve territory, which is SO indicative of the era in which this dress was first worn. Perfection!

The waist has a naturally relaxed fit and can be worn open and casual or cinched with a belt for more structure. Both options are pictured but please note that the belt is NOT included.
