Versatile dress with some fun elements that give is a fun, festive, party-time vibe! Bright red structured top with big shoulder pads and rhinestone embellished buttons on the front and back. Black skirt with sheer overlay and silid black lining. Zips in back with a panel that snaps in place to cover the zipper. Some slight pulls in skirt, one button is missing a rhinestone, tiny hole in red lining (not visible), and subtle dark spot at the back of right shoulder (see picutes). Otherwise good condition.
