80’s Peplum "40’s Style" Floral Sheath Rayon Dress

-Details-

Vintage 1980's floral peplum dress. Navy blue. Very 1940's style. Open peek-a-boo lower back. Double button closure at the back neckline. Elastic waist. Shoulder pads. Asymmetrical peplum skirt, double layered in the back. Not lined. Looks like crepon rayon fabric, but I am not super sure, there are no tags. Belt not included.
