Super-soft, nautical-themed sweatshirt by 80s brand Eccobay. It's got that faux-double-layered effect where it looks like you're wearing an undershirt, but it's attached. Unfortunately, there is no material tag, but the fabric is sort of a cross between a sweater and sweatshirt. Good vintage condition. Very slight pilling and there is a teeny-tiny notch taken out of the collar (see pic).
