1980s culottes and sailor type outfit! Darling and perfect for heading back to school or the office! This darling outfit is a navy blue with a gorgeous sweeping collar and double breasted top. The culottes are wide and full with a waist that has some is fitting. Overall it is a fit and flare with a preppy, almost sailor, almost business style. The material is in wonderful shape and the whites are very white! It wouldn't be complete without the shoulder pads! Boxy style.
