80s jacket / blazer by Caché. Size 6 on label but please refer to measurements. Navy blue with ivory / off white trim & stripes. Decorative ribbon accents w metallic gold stitching. Gold toned buttons. Woven / knit polyester fabric with lots of texture. Large shoulder pads would snip out easily.
