Vintage 80s sailor-inspired secretary dress made of high quality rayon blend twill in ivory with metallic gold & black nautical trim. Blouson bodice. Tapered skirt. Elastic waist with belt loops (*belt is not original to the dress but is included with your purchase - not an exact match but blends in well). Large shoulder pads (sewn in under the lining).
