Grosgrain hatband round the rim in blue with white polkadots and a matching bow on the side. Has a stamp inside with the makers mark and that reads Doeskin Felt 100% Wool.

Measures 21" round the inside. Note, the ribbon bow seems to be held on or at least anchored with vintage pins. Not hat pins, like sewing pins. It doesn't affect anything but do be careful not to poke yourself if you go digging round in the bow. The ribbon is not original to the hat because there is another, narrow band underneath it that matches the ivory felt of the hat itself.

Great to excellent condition. No holes or anything of that nature. The only thing to note is the dark smudges under the brim.
