This is an iconic 1980s pleated skirt set by Cache, a prestige brand in the 1980s. The real star here is the jacket, which has an amazing slim shape, pleats, gold satin trim, and big padded shoulders. Of note is that the jacket has stretch, but the sleeves are cut extremely slim, so even with the stretch they are fairly snug, especially on the forearms and wrists. I would only recommend the jacket for Size S or XS. The skirt is a knee length pleated circle skirt with an elastic waist. Shoulder to shoulder measures 16", bust is 35", waist is 28", hips are 37". The sleeves are 24", and the jacket is 26" from shoulder to hem. The skirt is 21" from waist band to hem.
