An iconic Diane Freis Georgette dress in fun mostly red prints. Balloon puff 3/4 length sleeves with an elastic band around the bottom to create shape. Blousey top with a stretchy shirred waistline. Pleated skirt. The dress is designed to be loose fitting to fit a range of sizes. There are shoulder pads in the same pattern as the dress, although they are not attached, and I can't foigure out where they may have been attached. There is also some pleated stiff fabric at the shoulder to reinforce the puff sleeve shape. Other than the mysterious shoulder pads, the dress is in great condition!
