80's cropped black bolero fringe jacket by I.O.U. with rick rack trim around the collar and 3" fringe around front and back. 60% Rayon 40% Cotton. This bolero is fully lined in a black acetate fabric. Single button closure at the front and the shoulders are lightly padded.
