Incredible Deborah New York Feathered Wool Felt Hat - Vintage 1980s Church Hat

This hat makes an incredible statement! The wool pill box like shape is accented with pheasant feathers around the sides with a flair on one side. It’s truly amazing.

There is a small discoloration on the very top. See photo for detail. It’s hardly noticeable.
