Vintage 1980s 80s Evan Picone tie neck blouse. Button front. Navy blue with a red and white geometric pattern. Long sleeves with button cuffs.

Please review photos. The tie on this blouse is not meant to tie in a bow but rather a tie or square knot. It is made unevenly. Also the neckline on one side is sewn into almost a b shape and pleated. I do not know if this is a flaw or if it’s just how it was made.

Tagged size 6 but please check measurements as vintage sizing is different. The measurements do not reflect a modern size 6. It’s more like a large depending on how blousy you like your tops to fit.
