perfect condition, the belt is just a bit stiff

Belt makes waist 26 to 30
9 gold floral metal buttons up the front
Padded shoulders with blousy short sleeves, very 80s
Lots of form fitting pleats it flatters any figure
This is a deep very dark blue with small white polka dots
Indoors it looks black
Feels like a rayon poly blend, no tags except label.
I machine washed, hung to dry it came out perfect
