Short pleated sleeve with button accent, rounded notched lapel, tailored peplum silhouette. Three button clousure. Plastic buttons that look like carved ivory. Full lined with shoulder pads. Brown color. No fabric content, feels like a cotton or cotton blend, lining is most likely acetate. Does not stretch. No rips, tears or stains
