This is an ICONIC Diane Freis Original from the 1980's.

The Bodice and Sleeves are Black and Gold Lace with Gold and Black Beads. The Neckline is a Sweetheart Style. The Skirt is Tiers of Silk Ruffles and is Full Length to Ankle Length depending on Your Height. The Back Buttons with three gold buttons with rhinestone centers. There are shoulder pads to make the shoulders more pronounced, but they can be removed easily if you wish. You will truly make a Statement when You Walk in a Room!

Diane Freis established her company in 1978 and opened her first store in Hong Kong that same year. She was one of the few Hong Kong designers to have gained an international reputation.

Shoulder width -

Waist - 29" stretches to 36"

Sleeve Length - 25.5"

Hips - free flowing, up to 50", but it will look best to be no larger than 40" to 42" for the drape on the skirt

Length - 49" (it will be a little shorter with the elastic pulled up for the blousy look around the waist)

It is meant to have a blousy fit like the 80's style and this piece will fit a Medium nicely.
