Incredible, vintage 1980's formal dress. All done in a rich, ink blue color lace, accented with a black, removable, underlay {slip}. Fully beaded and detailed with ornate sequins, in floral patterns, that glisten when the light reflects off of them. Round neckline. Long, delicate sleeves with feminine accent at wrist. Flounce hemline with scalloped details. Keyhole opening on back of neck. Slightly, padded shoulders. An amazing vintage find!
