White button down 100% polyester blouse with contrasting blue stripes (solid & striped) and a removable tie neck (it buttons on underneath the sailor collar. Long sleeves with button cuffs. This item is new with tags - the Broadway was an iconic Detroit store which closed just a few years ago.
