This beautiful chiffon off (or on) shoulder style party dress is labeled a size 7/8. There are very small shoulder pads and a delicate string tie at the back of the neck so you can decide how high or low you want the sleeves to drape. The inside of the dress is lined. The top is lined in purple. Tag says dry clean only. I believe this dress to be from the 80s. The only issues I see are some very minor spots midway up on the side of the Chiffon top layer. I did not try to clean but they do not look permanent. (see last 3 photos for the flaws). There is also a small run in the chiffon near the shoulder. You don't notice it unless you spread the fabric out. It drapes so well that this is hidden while wearing!
