Incredible hand knit 1980s sweater has a loose turtle neck collar, batwing sleeves (so very loose under the arms, I show the shape in one of the images), and identical pink braided detail on both the front and the back. No tags and no visible seams so it appears to have been hand made by someone knitting from a pattern. It's in excellent condition. The only slight damage is that the knitting is pulled slightly open in one place on the neck - it is visible in the photo of the neck. It isn't technically damage, not a hole or tear, just that the yarn is pulled wider, likely from being hung on a hanger. One note is that the yarn is prickly mohair so you would definitely need to wear a long sleeve t-shirt under it. The measurement from the edge of the neck (where the dark blue starts) down the arm to the wrist is 29". From the top of the shoulder to the hem is 25". The batwing sleeve style makes it a little hard to measure waist and bust, but it also makes it very roomy. Measured flat across the waist, it's approximately 23" so could accommodate a waist size up to 46". The neck opening is 10" across but also stretches much bigger.
