1980’s Chloe olive bronze silk ruffle dress with gold lame accents and long sleeves. Constructed in olive bronze silk with bronze lame insets at sides and sleeves. Exquisite flutter style ruffled silk trim drape down both sides of this straight-cut caftan dress. So much detail in this wonderful creation! Silver and black button-loop back closure with small back slit and single-button at end of sleeves. From the 1980’s possibly during the time Karl Lagerfeld was head designer for Chloe. Incredibly chic, perfect for so many occasions. Made in France; Size 36; Sold in Henri Bendel stores. In good vintage condition – selling as-is, the underarms have been altered, appear to have been cut and sleeve widened at underarm to allow for more room or maybe to prevent stains/discoloration? (see photos) There are a couple of tiny marks (one on the back, two on the sides) and a couple of tiny pulls in lame fabric on sleeves.
