This royal blue dress from the 1980s is just begging to be worn to a party or prom! It has bold statement shoulders, a cute criss-cross back, and a stylish high-low tulip skirt. It is made of 100% polyester. It still has its original sales tags, though there's no tag or branding on the inside.

Condition:

Near-perfect condition, except for two small marks on the front (pictured). They're not noticeable at all and it presents beautifully. The dress has loops for a sash, but that has gone missing over the years. You could add a belt or ribbon, or cut off the loops -- I'll leave that up to you! NOTE: I've done my best to describe the condition of the garment as I observe it, but please look at the photos carefully.
