Vintage Albert Nipon "Nipon Boutique" striped summer dress made of lightweight crisp cotton in a blue in white striped pattern.

With a peter pan style collar and cuffed sleeves with button details. The sleeves are pleated at the shoulder and are slightly puffed.

It closes in the front with blue fabric button covered buttons. Comes with an adjustable matching waist belt.
