Silky polyester fabric with a fluid drape, blue with black abstract print and multi-colored dots throughtout. Dress has a blousy fit with shirred accents on shoulder, elastic waist, matching belt missing, loops still present, long sleeve with button cuffs, does not have shoulder pads, midi length. Back zipper closure. Made in USA. No rips, tears or stains, no dry rot in elastic.
