80’s Black Velvet and Silver Brocade Drop Waist Dress

Early 90s black velvet and silver brocade party dress. soft non-stretch velvet, boning support, Back zipper. Very Slight Drop waist with bow detail and full black and silver gathered skirt within tulle slip attached.

New with tags though good/fair condition: velvet has started to discolor leaving a slightly red tint and some areas of the skirt have pilled from rubbing against itself. clean and ready to wear. Priced accordingly
