The skirt of this dress is as festive as it gets.  It has a tulle underskirt to really add volume to the skirt of the dress.  The gold and black vevlet ruffles adds to the already added volume of the dress.

Fully lined, this dress has a back center zipper.   The bodice of the dress has boning throughout which brings in your shape beautifully.
