Has shoulder pads. Empire yolk waist with elastic in back. Full flowing maxi skirt with pockets. 100% Rayon. Made in USA in the 80s by brand I I F. In great condition and takes a little of every aesthetic 80s does Western 80s does Victorian Edwardian, witch, goth, glamorous and even modest. Probably works for small medium and some large.
