Vintage 1980s dress. Union made. Semi sheer black chiffon polyester. V-neckline with oversized triple layered notched white chiffon collar. Long puffy sleeves that have dramatic, exaggerated, large cuffs. Double breasted fabric covered buttons down the front. Has belt loops but no belt, no lining, and no pockets. Shift, shirt,straight fit.
