Black beaded lace, drop waist bodice with off the shoulder sweetheart neckline. Black and white striped full skirt with tulle lining for fullness. Bodice is fully lined and features a back zipper closure. Made in USA

No rips, tears or stains. The elastic in the straps for the sleeves is worn out, Saks label with one side unstitched.
