1980s black velvet and ivory Satin party dress. Super soft non-stretch velvet, square notched neckline. Low back with double bow detail, Back zipper. ivory Drop waist cummerbund with flounce bustle back, Short sleeves with gathered cap and shoulder pads

good condition, back slit has been mended as shown is covered by the satin drape, looks to have been altered and let out at back waist near zipper, clean and ready to wear.
