Vintage 80s secretary dress made of excellent quality rayon crepe in black with ribbed knit trim in kelly green & black stripes. Layered look has attached striped trim under relaxed blouson bodice, pleated skirt, and fantastic puffed half sleeves with striped cuffs. Pullover with rear neck keyhole & one button closure.
