Her merino wool coats and jackets with their delightfully bold, color-infused stitching, braids, buttons and embellishments are difficult to forget. Marylou states, "I specialize in surface manipulation of contemporary outerwear. Each pattern has been developed by me. Fabric is the canvas for me to push the creative envelope through piecing, embellishing, appliquéing, painting and hand-manipulated embroidery."
