I'm pretty sure I had this velvet dress or something similar for prom in the 90s. It's reminiscent of a better time...The Cranberries "Linger" came out, the movie Singles was released, Snoop arrived on the scene, and I knew every single work to Lisa Loeb's "Stay." This dress has stretch so it can fit S to M. In excellent condition. I mean look at the mesh cutout on the lower back! Ugh I may have to keep this and drink a wine cooler if no one snatches it soon. Bust: 32-36"Waist: 26-29"
