Elastic cuff and waist hem. Super soft outer shell water proof material 100% polyester. Lining is 65%poly and 35% Cotton. Tag size medium. Fits oversized. Will fit small and extra small more oversized and large less oversized. Chest measures 26" across flat. Length from shoulder to hem is 24". Arm length is 20". Nice condition. No stains, hole or discoloration. There is a couple tiny pulls in Embroidery by not noticable.
