ITEM DESCRIPTION: Super fab polka dot dress!! The bow tie collar is just so cute. Hidden zipper back closure. Fully lined. Has slit in the back hem for easier wear. Shoulder pads can be easily cut out if they're not quite your jam. Wear as an open shift dress or add a belt or sash- there are two thin belt loops

NOTED FLAWS: Has a few minor stains- as pointed out in photos. There is also some writing on the inside lining next to the tag.

MEASURMENTS:

Vintage sizing can tricky as the size listed on the tag of a vintage garment does not always reflect the actual size by today‚ standards, so it is very important to measure, measure, measure! CHECK THE MEASUREMENTS LISTED BELOW against a similar item you own that fits you nicely. I recommend using a soft measuring tape and laying the garment flat on the floor. To measure the waist and hips with the garment laying flat, measure straight across the waistline/hipline and then multiply by 2 to get the around-the-waist/hip measurements.
