Bold colorful jewel tones peasant top with large ruffle collar puffy sleeves with elastic at wrist so they ruffle out and gathered waist. Blouse is a sheer layer of large floral pattern on a textured fabric that has little opaque rectangles that take on the color of the floral pattern and then there is an inner black tank top layer.
