Vintage Papell Boutique evenings blue sequin short sleeve mini dress with sweetheart neckline and open back detail

Lined, build in shoulder pads ( can be cut out if wanted ), back zipper/hook eye closure

Some light wear to some of the sequins around the arm holes, not noticeabl as the sequins are silver under and give more shine this way
