These pants are awesome. They’re in excellent condition too. No size label but the brand label is h.i.s. for her. Waist is 16” lying flat. Hips are 20”, inseam 28.5” and rise 10” in front. See pictures for where I took the measurements. These are low rise by today’s standards. Back then we called them hip huggers. They have a little flare at the bottom, kind of like today’s boot cut. Women’s brown, cotton flare.
