70s White Print Dress Blue Sleeveless with Top Retro

70s Sleeveless Print Dress in blue and white with matching top.
100% polyester - thin and smooth. Matching button down top has long sleeves with elastic at cuffs and elastic at waist as well as tie for waist. Upon inspection I notice snap buttons at waist also - the sewing on these is not the neatest but not visible when buttoned.
size 11- See measurement for modern fit - Model is 5'6" XS.
43" long, 34" bust, 27" waist, 40" hips, 16" bodice.
Dress has back zipper. Upon inspecting for flaws I notice the stitches around the zipper seem to be hand done- so not as precise/neat as machine done.
