This beautiful white blouse is absolutely stunning in its construction. It really is so flatteringly with the pleating done at the shoulders it creates a slimming effect down throughout the rest of it. The pleating leads to a lace window effect around the neckline. I've never seen another blouse quite like this. Button-up front and buttons at the wrist. I have shown it with a skirt from the same line, but this also would just look very nice with a pair of jeans. The top lace bit could even be left open while still covering everything for a little bit of more modern look.
