Whoa Nelly! Amazing 70s/80s performance top, shaped like a cheerleading shirt but probably from a horse performance or parade. Really a great piece that’ll turn a lot of heads. Soft high quality silver fringe and accessories, no label so it seems like a custom job. Two different weights of spandex might have to do with flexibility which is pretty great for whatever you get up to Cowpoke.
Rhinestones are glued on, but riveted on around the neck.
