Can't even remember where I found this but had to pick it up because it was just so .... different. The fabric is shiny (duh) and maybe rayon or even a soft plastic but it crackles when I rub pieces together. If nothing else you can use it for a sled

The vest is adjustable with a pull clip in the back. Buttons up the front. Bow tie also clips with a backing around the neck.
