This is a fantastic vintage 1970's maxi skirt made by "JCPenney Fashions". It is in the style of a kilt and made of wool or a wool blend in a wonderful black, white, red, blue and yellow tartan plaid. It features a great longer length, a full wrap front with an inner waist button and two functional side buckles.
