Glinda Approved! This is an iconic vintage 1970's formal gown. It is made of sheer pink mesh fabric with tiny white polka dots, a pink taffeta underlayer, and an attached tulle petticoat. It features the most incredible huge, poufy bubble sleeves! It has layers of fluffy ruffles along the neckline and along the hem. The neckline can be worn on or off the shoulder and has tiny spaghetti straps to keep it in place. It has a fitted waist with pink satin ribbon belt and a huge full sweep. Whether you're looking to channel Glinda the Good Witch, a Southern Belle or rock the coolest gown for prom, this is your dress!
