This unusual long festival vest or dress was designed by Char, Charlotte Blankenship de Vasquez, likely in the early 1970s. Made from gray suede leather, it features whip stitching & leather panels with colorful hand painted florals. Unlined: fastens with skinny leather ties at chest & waist.

Preowned/vintage with signs of prior use/wear: fading in areas (most notable to bottom panels), one decorative leather tie at wearer's right shoulder is short (likely broken off, image 3).
