Brand is Changing Scene. 100% cotton with silky nylon lining. Has 2 hip pockets + interior stash pocket & an extra button.

Condition excellent. Lining looks perfect! All buttons intact. I have steamed it but not had professionally cleaned.

Tagged size 16 but runs smaller. May fit more an 8-10. Please use measurements when considering fit.
