Alright, bear with us while we nerd out on this black collared dress by Bleecker Street. Hidden among the care tags is an “International Ladies’ Garment Workers’ Union (ILGWU)” tag – one of the largest labor unions in the US and a major player in the labor movements of the 1930s. The ILGWU tags have changed over time but the details on this dress go all the way back to the 1970s. Oh and it’s also just a downright dope dress!
