Fitted bodice with spaghetti straps and back zipper.

Black and white fabric feels like a blend of polyester and cotton. Very lightweight and semi sheer. Polka dots are raised and stamped onto the fabric.

Gathered at the waist, the tiered skirt is 3 levels. Peplum, mid level and the full length. Cut in a circle.

Belt loops but no belt. Ribbon not included.

Fully lined.

Excellent condition.
